In line with the DFA Constitution you are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting will take place on 30 August 2018 @10:00-12:00  Venues will be linked via SKYPE:

Johannesburg: Media 24 Offices, 69 Kingsway road, Media Park, Auckland Park

Cape Town: PLEXUS offices . 6 Vine street (corner of Camp & Vine), Gardens
Durban: should your office be available, please let us know

Please confirm attendance for the specific venue NOT LATER THAN 23 August by replying to Thea. Individuals outside of these regions may link up via Skype – please inform us before the time. If you cannot attend, you will still be able to vote online, but please also do appoint a proxy in order to establish a quorum at the meeting.

Voting for Election of the 2018/2019 DFA Board will open at 18h00 on 29 August and will remain open until 9h00 on the 30 August 2018.  We urge you to nominate DFA members to stand for the board. Only Members in good standing (members who have valid membership on 10 August 2018) will receive access to the electronic voting process. Full membership is R350, student membership R200 and affiliate membership is R1 200 per year.
