The National Film and Video Foundation invites all filmmakers to submit proposals for a feature length documentary film that celebrates Khoe and San languages. The call seeks to award funding to two documentary feature films to the value of R750 000,00 each for the production of a feature length documentary in keeping with the theme of “language as resistance”. In response to the goals of the International Mother Language Day, The National Film and Video Foundation is seeking to approve a project that promotes linguistic and cultural diversity and multi-linguism, under the theme “Language as resistance”.
